Clock made from a DC-3 Piston

Roy Chaffin is one of a team of designers (along with Bill Rambow and Jan Visser) that programmed an R4D-6S flight simulator (link below). The simulator which is an add-on to Microsoft's Flight Simulator 2000, is based on the R4D-6S currently flying with the Mid Atlantic Air Museum and on completion of this excellent and fully realistic program, he was presented by MAAM, with this beautiful clock, made from a DC-3 piston. Judging by his PC programming skills on the R4D-6S simulator, I would say he fully deserves it.

M.A.A.M. shows off a very nice R4D-6S and also has details of a FREE R4D-6S Flight Simulator Package. You can read a full review of this program from the link on the main page which includes a history and tutorial. Since the writing of the review, the team of Bill Rambow, Roy Chaffin and Jan Visser etc.. are to upgrade this R4D-6S simulator again! ... to a point of TOTAL 100% PERFECTION. I say good luck to them, I already have the excellent R4D-6S program installed on my PC and this is FULLY RECOMMENDED !!! I cannot wait to see what upgrades will appear.
