Below is a wide selection of photographs, that has arrived in my e-mail box over the last 18 months, most arrive without explanation but nonetheless, are interesting.

pic 35, 36, 37 & 38..These LAVCO aircraft were used by Shell Libya to bring supplies from Tripoli to
drilling locations somewhere in the desert in 1962.
The 2 smaller pictures were made in Cyrenaïca, the eastern province of Lybia.
The drilling location was North Gamra.
The 2 bigger ones were made in 1963 in Antelat, somewhere in the desert also.
South of Tripoli, the damaged DC-3 got stuck during
taxiing.
